Rock Garden...

Well this is my very first post. I honestly can't decide if I think blogging is cheesy or not because I end up coming across a lot of people's blogs that I find useful or entertaining when I look up stuff on the Internet so hopefully my blog will not only serve my needs, but may be useful or entertaining to those who come across it as well. Please be warned that there may be grammatical and/or typos that I will just say are BEYOND MY CONTROL in a lot of my future posts so we'll all have to just deal with it.

Anyhow, I'm writing this post to introduce my blog. I began the morning by starting to chronicle my garden using indesign, so I could lay out all the text and photos [which I still may do]. I want to know what everything is in my garden and I want to remember what everything is too. Everyday in a garden is different too and I want to capture those changes. It's amazing to go out and see how much something has grown or that something bloomed in just one or two days. You really do have to go out everyday or you'll miss something... Especially with cactus. The growth and bloom is so fast sometimes and I must say incredible. It sounds like I'm talking about sex but it's just plants. I've been meaning to start journaling the garden for a while now and today it's finally happening.

So as you can tell I really love gardening and I really love music too. I thought in this blog I will intertwine the two, hence Cass's "Rock Garden."

As I stated before, this blog is a way for me to remember information about my garden so there may be a lot of back information via wikipedia, books, and other sources... Just saying.
